We are happy to review your MRI disc free of charge, and communicate the diagnostic and treatment plan to you or your medical representative. Call our toll-free number to arrange to have your MRI disc or films sent to our office with a brief description of the problems you have been having.
Upon receiving the films, one of our specialists will contact you to discuss treatment and travel to Synergy Spine Center to address your spine care needs.
